Our 3D camera will capture over 100 megapixels on every image capturing every detail and angle of your property.

Please make sure your property is in
presentable condition before the appointment. Less is more. We encourage all staging be done prior to the photo/virtual tour appointment.

Q: Is there anything I need to do prior to the appointment?
A: Please have all staging and furniture in place and ready prior to Virtual Tour appointment. Please refer to our Camera Ready Checklist for ways you can best prepare to showcase your listing.


Q: Does anyone need to be present during the appointment?
A: Okay for the homeowner to be present but not required. We do request instructions to access the home. ie: agent on site to open door or lock box available on property, etc…


Q: Will the weather affect my appointment and the virtual tour?
A: Our 3D cameras use HDR technology (High Dynamic Range Imaging) so the camera is able to adjust to changes
and provide a good clear and bright tour for your buyers to see.


Q: Are there any cancellation fees?
A: Please provide a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid

$50 cancellation fee. Thank you.


Q: How fast can I see my tour?
A: Turnaround is quite quick and most packages feature a 24 hour turnaround guarantee. For Friday appointments, expect your tour to be delivered on the following Monday.
